oh, you do love your dog or cat or whatever pet you have, I have no doubt, because you wouldn’t harm them. But, since you do eat meat you don’t love cows, chickens or whatever else you eat. Because killing isn’t an expression of love. It’s hate. It’s evil. You are a predator and they are your prey. They are scared; they don’t deserve to be your meal; you don’t need meat to survive; they don’t need to be in cages then slaughter, and so on.

If you don’t get why vegans say you hate “animals” then you have some fundamental flaws in your logic.
